The Public Works Director, City Engineer, and their team oversee the operation and maintenance of the City’s infrastructure, which includes streets, trails, parks, sewers, and water systems. They also develop standards for infrastructure construction and maintain detailed records of the City's construction and maintenance activities.

Pavement Management Program (PMP)

The Public Works Department has established and maintains a 20-year Pavement Management Program (PMP). This program is developed through a comprehensive evaluation of infrastructure conditions, including pavement aging, sewer and watermain deterioration, drainage challenges, inflow and infiltration concerns, water quality needs, and other required improvements.
