2025 Park System Plan

The City of Arden Hills is creating a Park System Plan to guide the long-term care and improvement of our parks, trails, and natural areas. During this process, we will inventory all park amenities (such as trails, playgrounds, benches, and sports fields), assess the condition of each, and create a plan for maintaining and upgrading these amenities over the next 10 years.

In July of 2025, the city put out a community survey for residents to give their feedback on Arden Hills parks. Postcards were sent to over 3,000 households, 100 yard signs were placed in Arden Hills parks, and we advertised the survey in email blasts, on social media, and in the monthly mailed newsletters. We're thrilled that nearly 900 residents responded to the survey. Thank you! The responses are being analyzed and compiled and will be presented at a future City Council meeting in the Spring of 2026.
