*If an item has oil or gasoline, it must be drained or it will not be accepted. Used oil and gasoline can be disposed at the Ramsey County Household Hazardous Waste site at 5 Empire Drive in Saint Paul, Tuesdays–Fridays, 11 a.m.–6 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Items NOT Accepted:
No brush/yard waste
No railroad ties
No plastic, cardboard, Styrofoam, or wood
No oversized items such as hot tubs, boats, or sheds
No engines containing gasoline or oil
