General Information

The City of Arden Hills began a two-year licensing program for all city dogs and cats back in January of 2001, and will continue the practice of licensing on a two-year basis. Licenses are required for all dogs and cats more than three months of age, being kept or owned in the city. A copy of the Certification of Rabies Vaccination from your veterinarian showing the date that the rabies shot will expire must accompany this application in order for your pet(s) to be registered.

Acknowledgement of Agreement*

The fee is $30.00 for the two year license (valid 1/1//2023 through 12/31/2024).
Payment should be paid by using “Bill Pay” on this website or by mail. A tag will be mailed to you upon receipt of a correctly completed application and payment.
