If you live in a single-family residential unit, duplex, or townhome you do not need to sign up. You just need to place your recycling cart at the curb by 6:45 am on your service day. * Properties south of I-694 have pick-up on Tuesdays. * Properties north of I-694 have pick-up on Wednesdays. The city contracts with Walters Recycling & Refuse. To establish an account and services, visit Walters Recycling or call (763) 780-8464. 

If you have not been issued a recycling cart, please contact Walters Recycling & Refuse to request a recycling cart for your home. You can call Walters at (763) 780-8464.

Residents can contact Walters Recycling & Refuse to arrange special pickup instructions if they are disabled or unable to get their recyclables to the curb. Reach them by phone at (763) 780-8464.

You must have your recycling at the curb on your recycling day no later than 6:45 a.m. If your recycling was accidentally missed, please contact Walters Recycling & Refuse online or by calling (763) 780-8464.
