Yes. You can print off the appropriate permit application and fax it with all necessary information (i.e. Licensing, plans, approvals, etc.) to 651-634-5137, or email to City Hall. DO NOT INCLUDE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. We do not take credit card payments by fax or over the phone. Credit card payments are accepted in person or online only.

A plumbing permit is required by a licensed plumber to install the backflow prevention device. No permit is required for the actual sprinkler system.
