Governor Walz issued an Emergency Declaration and is instituting a curfew for cities in Ramsey County, including Arden Hills, and other counties, beginning at 7:00 p.m. on April 12th until 6:00 a.m. on April 13th. During curfew travel is prohibited on public streets and in public places for most people - exceptions include law enforcement, emergency personnel, and employees traveling to and from work.
