The Minnesota Department of Transportation will close the I-35 W Southbound ramp to County Road C at 5 a.m. on September 24 through mid-October. Vehicles will exit at County Road D and follow the detour on southbound Cleveland Avenue to County Road C. This work is part of the I-35W North MnPass Project, a three-year reconstruction project that will repair aging infrastructure and improve mobility on I-35W between Roseville and Lino Lakes.
