Lexington Avenue will be closed north of County Road E in Shoreview and Arden Hills on Monday, Oct. 1 starting at 10 a.m. for an emergency repair of the railroad crossing. The closure and repair work is expected to last at least all day Monday and may extend further into the week.
The road will be fully closed to traffic from County Road E to the business driveway at 3673 Lexington Avenue (Caribou, Subway, etc.). Access to businesses along Lexington Avenue will be maintained.
All through traffic should follow the signed detour using County Road E, Victoria Street and County Road F.
