[ARCHIVED] Lake Johanna Fire Department 2022 Annual Report

The Lake Johanna Fire Department has issued their annual report for 2022. The report outlines the department's activities and provides interesting reporting metrics. A few highlights are:

  • Arden Hills had a total of 1,077 calls, with Shoreview and North Oaks at 2,536 and 581, respectively, and 94 mutual aid or other calls. The total number of calls has risen from 4,050 in 2021 to 4,291 in 2022.
  • Arden Hills had an average response time of 6 minutes and 17 seconds; last year’s was 5 minutes and 54 seconds.
  • Rescue and Emergency Medical Services made up a majority of the department's calls at 74%; less than 2% of incidents required actual fire responses.
