Looking for a great spot to host your next celebration? Arden Hills offers outdoor park picnic shelters and pavilion spaces perfect for parties, graduations, reunions, and other events. Rentals are available mid-May through Mid-October, weather permitting.

Rental Block Options
Full Day: 10 am - 10 pm
- All rentals are for a full day, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with setup and access permitted beginning at 10:00 a.m. All cleanup and departure must be completed by 10:00 p.m.
Rental Fees
Deposit & Taxes
Cummings Park and Perry Park rentals require a refundable $300 security deposit; deposits are not taxed. The prices below include 8.375% tax.

Pavilions
The pavilions at Perry Park and Cummings Park are suited for larger events of up to 100 guests. They have outdoor seating for up to 40 guests and include indoor restrooms, kitchenettes, serving counters, and space for bigger parties and community events.
Picnic Shelters
Small picnic shelters are ideal for casual, small gatherings. These shelters do not include indoor space or restrooms. Picnic shelters are open and available for first-come, first-served use when not rented. Arden Manor, Floral, Hazelnut, Ingerson, Johanna Marsh, Royal Hills, and Valentine have picnic shelters with seating for 18 guests and a total capacity of 20 people.
