  1. Summer Morning Yoga for All Levels

    August 22, 2019, 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM @ Community Room

Whether you're a beginner, longtime practitioner or gym yogi wanting to experience a meditative style, these classes provide a comprehensive work-out and work-in! YogaHotDish founder Shaila Cunningham has 15+ years of teaching experience and has worked with a variety of conditions and populations. Her original style draws from a life well-traveled, blending classical yoga with the latest best practices. High levels of customization and personal attention give you the confidence to explore the mind-body connection on a deeper level--something you can't do in a crowd with music and mirrors. Bring a sense of humor, an open mind, and a yoga mat if you have one. Straps, blocks, blankets and loaner mats available. You must be able to get up off the floor without assistance. Missed classes can be made up at other locations. www.yogahotdish.com for details.
