The City's Public Parks
The City of Arden Hills has 16 beautiful parks (PDF) that cover almost 102 acres. City parks offer a wide range of facilities and activities.
Park Rules
- Parks open 30 minutes before sunrise and close 30 minutes after sunset.
- Selling, smoking, vaping or consuming of any tobacco or THC/cannabis products are strictly prohibited in any city-owned space (places like buildings, parking lots, ice rinks, athletic fields, parks and trails).
- The following is prohibited: glass containers, golf playing, and motorized vehicles on turf or trails.
- Dogs must be on a leash, and owners are required to clean up after their pets.

Arden Manor Park
Arden Manor Park is a 2.5-acre park located in the manufactured home community near Highway 96 and Highway 10.

Arden Oaks Park
Arden Oaks Park is a 1.5-acre neighborhood park with a playground, basketball court, and green space.

Crepeau Nature Preserve
Crepeau Nature Preserve is a beautiful 12.5-acre park with trails located in the southeastern portion of the City off Harriet Avenue and Benton Way.

Cummings Park
Cummings Park is a 17.5-acre park with a wide range of facilities and activities. Cummings Park is located on the south side of Karth Lake and is connected to the trail system. There is a parking lot near the Cummings Park Drive access.

Floral Park
Floral Park is a 20-acre park west of Hamline Avenue on Floral Drive. The park offers several trails and small ponds.

Freeway Park
Freeway Park, located at the southwestern intersection of Hamline Avenue and County Road E, is a one-acre neighborhood park with a basketball court, playground, ice rink, and seasonal warming house.

Hazelnut Park
Hazelnut Park is a twelve-acre park with many facilities, including basketball and tennis courts, a seasonal dog park, a hockey rink, picnic shelters, baseball and soccer fields, trails, and a playground. The park is located in the southwestern part of the City on New Brighton Road between Stowe Avenue and Beckman Avenue.

Ingerson Park
Ingerson Park is a five-acre park located off Lexington Avenue in the City's southeastern corner.

Johanna Park
This park is approximately 8.5 acres of primarily marsh/wetland with a picnic shelter, picnic tables, and a playground.

Lindey's Park
Lindey's Park is a small 1.5-acre park located at the corner of Snelling Avenue and County Road E. Lindey's is a small, open-grass area with benches spread around the perimeter.

Perry Park
Perry Park is a large 20-acre park located on New Brighton Road near Thom Drive. Its facilities include a playground, dog park, hockey rinks, permanent restrooms, picnic shelters and tables, tennis and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, trails, and a seasonal warming house.

Royal Hills Park
Royal Hills Park is a 4.5-acre park located on Snelling Avenue near McClung Drive with a variety of new facilities.

Sampson Park
Sampson Park is a one-acre neighborhood park located at the end of Lake Lane on the west side of Lake Johanna.

South Point Park
South Point Park is a pleasant but small 0.3 acres park with green space and a chessboard table as its only amenity.

South Shore Park and Trail
South Shore Park and Trail has multiple exercise stations for people of all ages, but they are especially convenient for seniors. The trail is a wonderfully paved, meandering loop for people to get their steps in. Six parking spots are available at this park, immediately adjacent to the cul-de-sac.

Valentine Park
Valentine Hills Park is a 3-acre park located at the southwest corner of the Lake Valentine Road and Old Highway 10 intersection.
