    Come out to the playground for some morning fun! This program is a condensed version of Kids Club. We will meet three days a week, for two and a half hours. We will focus on games and crafts.     Explore cheerleading, dance and tumbling through learning motion/jump technique, sideline/performance cheers and dance routines. There will be a program the last day of class. Registration deadline one week before camp starts. Ages 4-8.

  6. Summer Morning Yoga for All Levels

    Whether you're a beginner, longtime practitioner or gym yogi wanting to experience a meditative style, these classes provide a comprehensive work-out and work-in! YogaHotDish founder Shaila Cunningham has 15+ years of teaching experience and has worked with a variety of conditions and populations. Her original style draws from a life well-traveled, blending classical yoga with the latest best practices. High levels of customization and personal attention give you the confidence to explore the mind-body connection on a deeper level--something you can't do in a crowd with music and mirrors. Bring a sense of humor, an open mind, and a yoga mat if you have one.
