Rental Agreement

The buckthorn removal tool (weed wrench) will be returned to the City of Arden Hills after the week long reservation period during normal business hours. The Lessee is responsible for returning the buckthorn remover in good working condition and providing a replacement if the buckthorn remover is lost or damaged. I agree to hold the City of Arden Hills harmless and waive any right to make claims or lawsuits against the City while using the weed wrench.
