Additional In-Person Early Voting Locations Open Now

Early voting/direct ballot voting (where you complete your ballot and feed it directly into the ballot counter machine) begins Tuesday, October 27 and ends Monday, November 2 at the following locations:

Visit Ramsey County's Absentee Voting & Ballot Return Sites for an interactive map, including wait times at each location.

Signs will be in place with specific guidelines for entering and exiting the in-person locations. Masks will be available to voters who would like one if they have not brought one with them; however, masks will not be required. All elections judges and personnel will be wearing masks and shields, as needed, per CDC guidelines.

If you requested a ballot by mail and due to ruling by the Court on Thursday, October 29, please be aware that absentee ballots must now be received on or before Tuesday, November 3. Ballots received after November 3 are to be set aside and may not be counted. If you have already mailed your ballot, you can track a ballot to make sure it’s been received and counted.  If not, you should turn your ballot in in person (see Returning a Mailed Ballot In Person below for information).

You can drop off your mailed ballot in person. Ramsey County has specific, designated Ballot Return Drop Off locations.  For locations and hours, visit Ramsey County Elections Vote by Mail and click on Return your ballot person for a list of several locations open to all Ramsey County residents.
