COVID-19 Coronavirus Announcements

City Facilities Closed; City Services Continue

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in an effort to ensure the health and safety of our community members, staff and their families, the City of Arden Hills has closed City Hall and its facilities to the general public for eight weeks, effective March 17. This time may be shortened or extended, pending future guidance.

All non-essential meetings, events and recreation programs are cancelled until further notice. City services will continue without interruption and staff will be available by phone or e-mail during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

In addition, a Local Emergency has been declared for the City of Arden Hills.

City Council, Committee and Commission Meetings

City Council meetings will continue as scheduled. City Hall will be open to the public for access to these meetings. City Councilmembers may call in to City meetings. See letter of determination (PDF) and procedures. Committees and Commissions will be held on a case-by-case basis. Please visit the website for updated scheduling.

Permits and Inspections

If you need assistance applying for or processing a permit, please call 651-792-7800. Visit Building and
Permits
to download and print a permit application. Completed applications can be sent by email to cd@cityofardenhills.org,or by fax to 651-634-5137. Special
accommodations may be made for larger, more complex permits on a case-by-casebasis. Please contact the front desk to make prior arrangements.

Parks and Recreation

Several Parks and Recreation classes and events, including before and after school programs, the city egg hunts, yoga classes, and dance are postponed or cancelled.
