Gather up your loose change and come celebrate another year of Summer Parks and Recreation programs in Arden Hills! The carnival will be held July 21st at Perry Park from 1-3PM. There will be carnival games, a face-painting artist, and more! There is no registration cost to enter the event. The games range in price from 10¢ - 25¢. We also offer face painting for 50¢ and other exciting activities you will not want to miss!
