Land O'Lakes

Land O’Lakes received approvals from the City in July 2016 to complete a major expansion on their headquarters campus at Lexington Avenue and County Road F. The project includes the construction of a new four-story, approximately 155,000 gross square foot office building. Work on the project is currently underway and is expected to be completed by December 2018.

Tavern Grill Restaurant & Bar

Hemisphere Restaurant Partners completed construction of the Tavern Grill Restaurant & Bar at 3561 Lexington Avenue North in January 2017. Hemisphere operates three other Tavern Grill restaurants in the Twin Cities metro, with locations in Edina, Woodbury, and Blaine. The restaurant will provide a relaxed but up-scale atmosphere, and include an outdoor patio area for seasonal seating.

Valentine Bluff
Hanson Builders is currently completing construction on a 7 lot single-family subdivision on the former Ramsey County Library and Baptist Conference Office property near the intersection of County Road E2 and New Brighton Road. A future 68-foot trail connection to Tony Schmidt Regional Park has been provided along the western edge of the property. Homes in the development are expected to range from 4,500 square feet to 7,000 square feet in size.

Red Fox Business Center
The Red Fox Business Center opened in the spring of 2016. The development site is located at 1235 Red Fox Road in the southeast quadrant of the I-694 and Snelling Avenue interchange. Roberts Management Group developed two multi-tenant light industrial buildings totaling 93,300 square feet on the property. Tenant bays are being leased for a range of different uses, including manufacturing, professional office, commercial showroom, and warehousing.

Lexington Station
Phase One of the Lexington Station project at 3833 Lexington Avenue opened for business in the fall of 2014. The 15,000 square foot multi-tenant retail building was designed to have the appearance of a classic train station and features an all brick façade, extensive window coverage, and a sidewalk and patio area for outdoor seating.

The City Council approved the Lexington Station project in 2013. The Master Plan envisions a multi-phase redevelopment at the southwest corner of Red Fox Road and Lexington Avenue North. Phase Two will involve the redevelopment of the property at 1120 Red Fox Road, adjacent to Phase One of the project, and is expected to include a mix of retail and restaurant tenants as well as professional office space.
