Developing the Master Plan
Approved Master Plan Land Use Map
The City Council approved the Master Plan Land Use Map on June 30, 2014, after several months of development, work session meetings, and public comments.

Draft Master Plan
On December 16 and 26, 2013, the City Council previewed the draft Master Plan as prepared by the master plan consultants. The consultants made two presentations:
December 16 - the planning process, site characteristics and constraints
December 26 - parks, trails and open space; number of jobs and residents; and land uses

January 2014 Open House
The draft Master Plan was presented at the January 22, 2014, TCAAP Open House. Approximately 100 people attended. Several informational boards were displayed as well as an interactive roundabout exhibit. Attendees provided lots of great feedback on the plan. The master planning consultants have compiled a summary of comments from the open house, Planning Commission, Joint Development Authority, and developer interviews.

September 2013 Open House
The first TCAAP Open House, held on September, 17, 2013, marked the end of the "discovery phase" of the master planning process, and the beginning of the work to draft the Master Plan. At the open house, display boards depicted site characteristics such as; TCAAP Site Context, Elevations, Regional Transportation Infrastructure, Environmental Features, and Surrounding Parks and Trails

Attendees participated in land use exercises to inform consultants of the community preferences for the mix and placement of land uses.
