Master Plan

TCAAP Zoning
The City Council approved the TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC) on July 13, 2015.  The TRC is the zoning document for TCAAP and includes design standards and other regulations relating to land development.  The Regulating Plan, or zoning map, is included within the TRC.  

The TCAAP Comprehensive Plan Amendment was approved by the City Council on July 13, 2015.

Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR)
An AUAR is a form of environmental documentation that evaluates one or more development scenarios for an entire geographical area rather than a specific project.  Development scenarios are established based upon the comprehensive plan, zoning ordinances, developers' plans, and other relevant information.

The City of Arden Hills approved the Final AUAR and Mitigation Plan for the TCAAP site on July 28, 2014.

Transportation Improvements
The I-35W and County Road H interchange is scheduled to be reconstructed in 2016.  The proposed design features a roundabout at the entrance to TCAAP.  Another roundabout is proposed at County Road I.

TCAAP Public Hearings
A public hearing to collect residents' thoughts and opinions regarding the TCAAP project will be held at the City Council meeting at 7:00 pm on the second Monday of each month.
