Parks & Recreation Mission

The Arden Hills Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to serving the people of Arden Hills by providing a comprehensive, well maintained system of parks, trails, facilities and open spaces, and a balanced, well organized program of affordable recreational activities.

Program Registration

Register for Parks and Recreation activities on-line, or by mail or in person, please complete the registration form and return it to the City of Arden Hills City Hall at 1245 W. Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112

Winter 2016-2017 Ice Rink Details

*Due to the warmer weather we've recently had, all ice rinks and warming houses are closed until further notice*

Outdoor rinks will be open from December 5th-February 20th
(dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions)

Freeway Park

Hazelnut Park
Perry Park
(hockey rink only)
Cummings Park* (pleasure rink only)

Warming House Hours
(Holiday Hours may vary.  See Winter 2016-2017 Recreation Guide for details)
Monday-Friday: 4:30pm-8:30pm
Saturday: 12:00pm-8:30pm
Sunday: 1:00pm-7:00pm

*Skating at Cummings Park will be available Monday-Thursday by Push Light, but warming house with Rink Attendant will only be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
