Communications Committee
Main Duties
  • Write, edit, and produce the City newsletter (10 issues / year)
  • Assist in other ways (including the City website) to keep residents and businesses informed
  • Advise the City Council and staff on ways to meet City communication needs

Meetings
The focus of the meeting is editing the newsletter and planning stories for the next issue. The deadline to submit stories is generally the first Friday of the month.

Arden Hills Notes
The purpose of the Communications Committee meetings is to edit the City's newsletter; therefore, there are no agendas and minutes associated with this particular committee.

Membership
The Communications Committee can have up to five members. The Arden Hills Communications Committee currently includes the following members:
  • Susan Cathey, Co-Editor
    Term expires 2017   
  • 4 Vacancies (openings for writers to assist with the Arden Hills Notes newsletter)

  • Mary Nosek, Desktop Publisher
